1898 (23 Aug.) an opened-out cover to France bearing, on the reverse, I.C.P. ½c. vertical pair and C.I.P. 1c. tied by Wuhu pakua; the front with a superb strike of Wuhu dollar dater (23.9) and bearing Hong Kong Q.V. 2c. tied by Shanghai (26.9) c.d.s. A good combination cover paying 2c. printing matter rate to overseas is very rare. An exhibition piece.


1898年蕪湖寄法國印刷品實寄封1件，貼石印版蟠龍半分直雙連，倫敦版蟠龍1分1枚，香港女王像2先1枚，蟠龍銷蕪湖八卦戳，另銷蕪湖9月23日大圓戳，經上海中轉，有上海9月（反S）25日大圓戳，香港票銷上海次日英國客郵局戳，保存完好，此封為倫敦版蟠龍早期使用例，加之為國際印刷品郵資，非常少見
