1899 (27 Jul.) envelope to Belgium via Imperial P.O. in Shanghai (30.7) bearing C.I.P. 1c, 4c. and 5c. cancelled by 'Hankow" bilingual c.d.s. in combination with Hong Kong 10c. with framed "I.P.O." tie-print and "Shanghai/C" c.d.s. (31.7) and showing "Hong Kong/A" c.d.s. (4.8) and wax seal on reverse, with arrival c.d.s (4.9), fine.


1899年7月27日漢口寄比利時封, 封面貼蟠龍壹分, 肆分及伍分各一枚, 銷漢口雙語日戳, 經上海蓋7月30日中轉戳, 再貼香港10c.票, 銷上海英國客郵局7月31日"C" 型日戳及框型I.P.O. 戳, 於封背經香港蓋8月4日"A"型中轉戳, 9月4日蓋比利時到達戳, 及有火漆封口.
