1897 (29 Dec.) a combination cover to Germany bearing I.C.P. coiling dragon ½c., 1c., 2c., and 4c. tied by Chefoo dollar dater in black, on reverse Shanghai (1.1) transit dollar dater, in combination with Hong Kong Q.V. 2c. and 7c. tied by Shanghae (7.1.) c.d.s., showing handstruck ' T ' in red and ' T ' in circle handstamp, crayon marking in blue " Fr: 1 ?c. " and manuscript ' 15 ' in blue crayon for postage due, fine usage.


1897年煙臺寄德國實寄封1件，貼石印版潘了那個半分1分2分4分各一枚，香港女王像2先5先各一枚，蟠龍銷煙臺12月29日大圓戳，其所貼郵資為極短期國際差別郵資，因郵資已調整故不足在煙臺郵局作欠資處理，蓋煙臺紅色T戳，經上海，香港中轉，有上海98年1月（反N）1日大圓戳，香港票銷上海1月7日英國客郵局戳，另蓋黑色T戳，有香港1月11日中轉戳，及德國2月14日到達戳，保存完好，清代國家郵政初期欠資郵件少見，且此封銷元旦日大圓戳更為難得
