Uganda 1895 (Nov.) Narrow Letters in Violet, Narrow Stamps The ribbon was changed to violet, producing stamps with violet letters and numerals. No 60(c.) value was printed; however, a 100(c.) value was now printed Covers 20(c.) without borders affixed to 1896 (19 Feb.) entire letter from Rev. Ernest Millar at Namirembe to A.B. Fisher at Bamusuta, Kinakulya, North Singo; the letter is not only typed on the same machine as the stamps but the paper is also the same as that on which the stamps were produced. An interesting letter and a great rarity. S.G. 38.
