Uganda 1895 (Nov.) Narrow Letters in Violet, Narrow Stamps The ribbon was changed to violet, producing stamps with violet letters and numerals. No 60(c.) value was printed; however, a 100(c.) value was now printed Covers 20(c.) with trace of borders on two sides cancelled by pencil cross on envelope written by H.B. Lewin at Bulemezi (north of Mengo) to the Venerable Archdeacon Walker at Namirembi, Mengo; the adhesive with a few small nicks at right and minor wrinkle at top, the envelope with a few light stains.
