Uganda 1895 (Nov.) Narrow Letters in Violet, Narrow Stamps The ribbon was changed to violet, producing stamps with violet letters and numerals. No 60(c.) value was printed; however, a 100(c.) value was now printed Covers 5(c.) and 20(c.), the former showing additional "0" at left and the latter with sheet margin at foot and manuscript accountancy markings, both cancelled by pencil cross on re-used envelope (originally sent from Bishop Tucker at Kampala to Rev. E.C. Gordon at Bukassa in the Sese Islands) to the Venerable Archdeacon Walker at Mengo, Buganda, marked "Important" at upper left; the 5(c.) was previously used as it still has part of original envelope attached before being affixed to this cover, flap at back missing.
