British Guiana Postal Stationery Wrappers 1883 (13 Nov.) four page letter, written on Downing St. paper, two sides being from the Crown Agents to the Government Secretary of the Colony confirming De La Rue´s delay in producing wrappers and enclosing two essays (not now present) which are to be returned if approved, the other page, written on one side only, consists of comments by five various officials, "Refer to remarks by Postmaster General" and concludes with the Governor´s decision to keep the design of the ship, dated in British Guiana on 4 December.
