Aviation pioneer making early coast-to-coast and record-breaking flights, helped develop and flight-test instrument flying; U.S. military general and Medal of Honor winner - for his daring WWII raid of Japan ("the Doolittle Raid"). Autographed Photograph. Large 11 x 14" B&W photo of Doolittle dancing with a young lady, ca. 1940s. He writes and signs in ink "To Ole Ols / In appreciation / of friendship / J.H. Doolittle" on his lower jacket pants. A Fine autograph and image.
