Signed lower left by New York's "Copperhead" mayor Fernando Wood, comptroller's signature at right. Raised bunched crease at left, light foxing in margins. Fine. Matted below with a color illustration of the "Soldier's Depot -Wash & Bath Room (Basement)" from Valentine's Manual in a light antiqued light silver frame.
