50 Militia L.S. & G.C. Medals awarded to the 1st Battalion, King's Own Malta Regiment of Militia.

Francesco Grech was born at St Paul's, Malta in 1878 and was a labourer upon joining the Malta Militia at Valetta, signing with his mark, in January 1896. He served up until the disbandment of the Regiment on 31 December 1921, and had taken his L.S. & G.C. Medal as per Army Order 141 of 1914 and a £17 War Gratuity.
