1703 (4 October) entire letter from Cork to Dublin showing clear straight-line "cork" handstamp in black alongside inspector's Crown, and, on the reverse, "oc/4" Bishop mark in black. A very early usage of both the inspector's mark and the Cork handstamp. Fine and scarce.
