1696 (2 Sept.) entire letter from his brother, Peter le Neve in Paston to "Oliver le Neve Esq. at Ralf Hawkings House at Risling [Ruislip]", marked "Penny Post Paid" and, on the reverse, clear "penny post payd/p/mon" (St. Paul's, Monday) Dockwra, opening well for display. Entire with some abrasion and markings, nevertheless scarce.
