British War Medal 1914-20 (2. Lieut. F. Lomas.), good very fine

Frank Lomas was commissioned from the ranks and served as a 2nd Lieutenant with the 1/7th Battalion, Manchester Regiment on Gallipoli from 6 May 1915. He was killed in action on 4 June 1915 and is commemorated upon the Helles Memorial.
