Frederick Hulme was born on 19 January 1897 at Longton, Staffordshire. Attesting on 15 November 1916 he was posted to 5th (Reserve) Battery on 5 January 1916. Posted to Egypt on 25 February 1916 he left on 18 January 1919 returning home he was discharged on 31 March 1920. Hulme worked as a Victualler and Pig Farmer in Cheadle, Staffordshire, he died on 11 October 1956 at the City General Hospital, Stoke-Upon-Trent; sold together with copied research including service papers, census data and medal rolls.
