1955 (22 May) envelope from Lhasa to Phari bearing 800f Liberation of Tibet tied by Lhasa c.d.s., redirected to Kalimpong in English on the reverse with an additional 800f. stamp added and tied by Phari c.d.s. (15.6) with Kalimpong arrival alongside (22.6). Redirection was overpaid as the concessionary rate to India was 400f. (lower than the domestic rate). A good cover used shortly after the withdrawal of the Indian P.O. Photo
