1952 (23 Aug.) printed matter wrapper to Ya'an bearing 1950 $100 on $15 vermilion bisected diagonally with Tien An Men $200 tied by Baiyu Agency c.d.s. with Derge transit (27.8) and Ya'an arrival (11.9)..A shortage of $50 stamps required the $100 to be bisected to pay the rate of $250. A postage sue handstamp was struck alongside but apparently no payment levied. One of only two recorded.


Also 1954 (22 Sept.) a similar wrapper bearing a $250 stamp cancelled by Baiyu c.d.s. with Ya'an arrival (11.10). (2 covers). Photo


1952年8月23日寄雅安印刷包裝封套, 貼1950年一百圓蓋於十五圓對剖票一枚及天安門二百圓票一枚, 銷白玉代理日戳, 8月27日德格中轉戳, 及9月11日雅安到達戳, 因當年欠缺五十圓票, 就用一百圓票對剖作五十圓票之用, 而補足二百五十圓郵費. 封上雖然有欠資印記, 但顯然沒有徵收任何款項, 這是存世只两件中之一件, 另一件1954年9月22日相似的包裝封套貼了二百五十圓郵資, 銷白玉日戳及雅安10月11日到達戳. (共两件封套).
