1955 (24 Dec.) home-made envelope registered to Kathmandu bearing Gangtok black on white registration label and bearing, on the reverse, India 11a. franking tied by indistinct Gangtok c.d.s. with "indian embassy (nepal)" c.d.s. (27.12) alongside and with seven wax seals. Addressed to the Officer in Charge of Foreign Tibetan Affairs, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu which had been relocated due to the flooding of the Nyang Valley.
