1818 (25 July) LS written in French from Carlton House to King Ferdinand I announcing the wedding of his brother, the Duke of Clarence (the future King William IV) with Adelaide of Saxe-Meiningen. Signed "George PR" on large folded paper contained in outer wrapper sealed with black wax bearing the King's crest. Fine. Photo
