1818 (8 April) LS written from Carlton House to King Ferdinand I announcing the marriage of his sister, Princess Elizabeth, with Frederick Joseph Ludwig Carl Augustus Langrave of Hesse-Homburg, the hereditary prince. Signed "George PR" on paper folded in the usual manner to a thin rectangle, sealed in red wax with partial impression of the King's crest and attaching red silk ribbon to front and back. Fine. Photo
