#248, 252, 1902 2c Brown and buff and 12c Ultramarine and buff with red control overprints, tied to 1902 10c Blue postal envelope with black "Provisoire 1316" with black serpents heads, stamps tied by and envelope cancelled by "Craman Chah" c.d.s., registered to Berlin with Tehran and Baku (Russian Azerbaijan) transits and backstamped Berlin; very fine a scarce postal history item as well as an excellent reference for the red and black control handstamps.
