1909 Coronation of Ahmad Shah essays, 24 different including the eight 1K-30K high value regular issues featuring the Lion design with gold borders, plus the entire set of 16 different 1c-30K Officials with 8 different low value Lion design on vertically laid paper and eight different high values with silver borders featuring the Gates Of Tehran, o.g., low values h.r., high values all n.h. except the 1K Lion, fine- very fine and scarce; considered to be among the most beautiful stamps of Persia, these essays were prepared by Enschede in the Netherlands but never issued.
