France impressive mint and used collection to 1945 in a Davo album, early issues mainly used, with several high cataloging stamps present, including the rare 1849 1Fr Vermilion (Scott #7, four margins, small repair, Calves certificate), plus there are some of the scarce re-issues in fine-very fine condition, later issues include better mint such as the 1917 5Fr + 5Fr semi-postal, all souvenir sheets, also air posts, scarce postage dues, newspaper stamps, etc., the early issues in usual mixed quality, majority of the later is fine-very fine.
