France substantial collection to 1966 in a packed Scott album, early issues mainly used but does include some better unused, also duplication, often for shades and sometimes on the higher cataloging items, includes such rarities as the 1Fr. Vermilion on cover (Miro certificate; Scott #8, catalogs $40,000.00!) and a mint 1c Sage stamp with 1965 Diena certificate as the rare Prussian Blue, plus there is a group of French stamps used in Constantinople, 20th century mostly mint and very well filled, including souvenir sheets, semi-postals and air posts, plus there is value in postage dues, occupation issues, offices abroad (including China), and even some better F.S.A.T., condition is mixed, but even so there are many easily saleable stamps throughout, and the total catalog value should be enormous.
