Great Britain Postal History The following thirty-five lots comprise a recently discovered group of letters of complaint addressed to the Post Office. Unless otherwise specified they are the contents only 1848 (23 Feb.) from Major General P. Hay to Colonel William Maberley, complaining about repeated delays to letters he had posted, endorsed "....The sorters have been particularly cautioned & it is hoped there will be no further cause for complaint" Estimate £ 150-200
