Unless otherwise specified they are the contents only 1848 (2 Feb.) from Lieutenant General Richard Whish to the Postmaster General, an interesting letter regarding mail from Lisbon and St. Helena, endorsed "....I have nothing further to observe in this case, other than that the letter was correctly charged", Estimate £ 150-200
