Victoria Travelling Post Offices The Stawell Line Using Numbers 7 and 11 T.P.O. No. 11 1904 (22 Oct.) envelope (rebacked internally and with repaired spike hole) registered from Melbourne to Hobart bearing 1d. red (5) with indistinct registration cancellations, individually handled on the TPO and cancelled with manuscript "TPO No 11" in violet crayon, the reverse with Melbourne Registered c.d.s. and arrival c.d.s. (25.10); the only known TPO cover bearing a manuscript cancellation.
