Naval General Service 1793-1840, one clasp, Amazon 13 March 1806 (Henry Comfort.), light scratches, otherwise good very fine Estimate £ 5,500-6,500 Henry Comfort served as Ordinary Seaman in H.M.S. Amazon when in concert with H.M.S. London they captured the French 74-gun ship of the line Marengo (conveying Admiral Linois from France to the East Indies) and the 40-gun frigate Belle Poule, off the Azores, 13.3.1806.
