It features a number of remarkable frankings and rates, together with some most unusual destinations 1886 (28 Feb.) 1/2d. wrapper, uprated with 1/2d. dull green and 1d. rose-red pair, registered to Germany, all neatly cancelled with Registered oval d.s. with a further strike at left, the reverse with San Fernando (1.3) and Frankfurt (6.3) c.d.s.; attractive and rare with registered wrappers seldom seen.
