Two covers from Parral to Santiago and Valparaiso, one bearing ´´Estancos´´ 10c. diagonal half, good margins, tied by ´´PARRAL´´ handstamp, the other franked by 1868 5c. tied by mute cancel with matching ´´Parral´´ alongside. Seven franked covers are believed to exist with this postmark, with this duo including a very rare usage of a pre-adhesive handstamp on correspondence bearing a perforated ´´Colón´´ adhesive.
