1899 (20 Apr.) envelope to U.S.A. bearing CIP 5c. pair and 10c. tied by Foochow dollar dater, and combination with Japan Koban 2s. (5) and 10s. with "I.P.O." framed tie-print and "Shanghai/I.J.P.O" (25.4) c.d.s., on reverse via Shanghai (23.4) and Yokohama (1.5), very fine and scarce I.P.O. tie-print cover through the Japanese Post Office.


1899年福州寄美國實寄封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍5分2枚，10分1枚，日本票2錢5枚，10錢1枚，蟠龍銷福州郵政局4月20日大圓戳，日本票騎縫銷福州IPO戳，經上海，日本橫濱中轉，有上海郵政局4月23日大圓戳，日本票銷上海25日日本客郵局戳，有橫濱5月1日戳，及美國到達戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好
