1920 Harbin Provisional Overprint 3c on on 3k 1908 Imperial Arms issue with varnish lines (Scott 74) complete setting of 25 from the RIGHT pane including all the positional varieties in this pane. Original gum with reinforcement at places with hinges, no perforation splitting. Chan recorded only 1,000 sheets of (4 x 25) overprinted, most would have been used or divided into individual stamps or blocks of four. Outstanding block in good condition which has not been recorded at the time.
