1920 Harbin Provisional Overprint 2c on 2k 1908 Imperial arms issue with varnish lines (Scott 73) complete setting of 25 from the RIGHT pane including all the positional varieties in this pane. Original gum with few rust spots and reinforcement at places with hinges, no perforation splitting. Chan recorded only 1,000 sheets of (4 x 25) overprinted, most would have been used or divided into individual stamps or blocks of four. Exceptional block which is illustrated in the article by Dr. Wen-Shiang Chen of Chinese Taipei published in Hong Kong philatelic Society Journal 11 (2017).
