Canada 2001 (5 Jan.) Chinese New Year 47c. lower right corner block of four showing colour dots with gold omitted, fine. With matched normal corner block of four for comparison. Pierron CA4100MCa, £5,000+; Sc. 1883a; S.G. 2050a, £3,600+. Photo Estimate £ 2,500-3,000 Note: The missing gold results in the loss of the Chinese character. Two panes of 25 stamps were found in a pad of panes being sold at a stamp show in Vancouver in February 2001.
