Photo Estimate £ 150-180 Note: The missing blue results in the loss of inscriptions, country name and value. A used example on cover and 10 mint were first reported to have been discovered in New Brunswick in early 2001. A roll of 100 then turned up in British Columbia followed by another 62 examples from Vancouver Island. Around 100 examples exist with the inscriptions and value missing but the country name printed normally due to massive perforation shift. quantity: circa 200 mint, 1 used
