x Victoria Mail Expresses 1860 envelope to England, bearing Emblem perf 12 1d. (6) each with manuscript cross and showing, on reverse, light Melbourne c.d.s. partially overstruck by curved "Victoria Express" handstamp with manuscript "Lamplough 12.3.60" below and clear South Shields arrival datestamp (13.4); the envelope slightly soiled. This is the only recorded cover showing the cachet of this Express company. R.P.S.V. Certificate (2008).
