Uganda Please note that in this section, 1895 (Mar.)-96 (June), S.G. 1-53, the quality of the paper often resulted in the stamps being creased before use. Such creases are therefore not grounds for return 1895 (Nov.) Narrow letters in violet, narrow stamps 30(c.) horizontal pair with borders in places, cancelled with pencil strokes and affixed to non-contemporary fragment; a few faults though a very rare multiple not contained in any of the great collections of these issues.
