Uganda Covers and Cancellations 1897 (Nov.) unstamped envelope from Dr. A.R. Cook, on tour with Bishop Tucker, addressed to London, marked "No stamps available" and "A.R. Cook, c/o/ Boustead, Ridley & Co, Mombasa", showing unframed "T" and "2 1/2d/f.b." h.s. with, on reverse, Ndii (19.11 - where the cover was carried by a native runner), Zanzibar (23.11) and arrival (17.12) datestamps; the envelope somewhat stained and with small tears.
