Uganda 1896 (June) Issue inscribed "V.96.R" in violet The Rev. Ernest Millar now made a change in design with Uganda appearing in full. The 60 value was re-introduced 5(c.) to 25(c.) and 40(c.), unused, two with borders in places, a few small faults, generally fine.
