Great Britain Line Engraved 1840 Two Pence Blue Plate 1 ND, good to large margins, on neat clean entire letter from Galashiels to Edinburgh dated 6 August 1842, tied by light strikes of the black Maltese Cross; small closed tear at lower-left though otherwise fine, and Plate 2, IG, in a deep full shade, large to enormous margins nearly all round (just clipped at upper-left), on entire used locally in London dated 13 April 1841, tied by fine strike of the black Maltese Cross; fine and very attractive Estimate £ 150-200
