Great Britain Line Engraved 1840 Two Pence Blue Plate 1 NA-NB, OE-OF, SF-SH, two horizontal pairs and a horizontal strip of four, tied by black Maltese Cross cancellations to entire letter dated 31 July 1841 from Mucduff addressed to Berlin with "hamburg/9 aug. datestamp on the front, on reverse boxed "BANFF/AUG.2/1841", red Edinburgh datestamp of 3 Aug.,"hull ship letter", Hamburg Schiffsbrief datestamp and Berlin arrival datestamp; the first pair with margins all round, the others touched to large margins.
