A Guards Officer´s Frock Coat A fine Foot Guards regulation braided frock coat by JOHNS & PEGG, the shoulder-straps bearing Lieutenant Colonel´s badges of rank in gold embroidery above a white metal cypher and coronet, the gold aiguillette of an ADC or equerry on the right shoulder, medal ribbons of the DSO, LVO, MC and WW1, name on tailor´s label illegible but dated 1931 (one shoulder-strap button missing); together with a crimson silk waist sash.
