Guard.), engraved in serif capitals; Coronation 1902, bronze; Crimea 1854-56, two clasps, Sebastopol, Inkermann, unnamed as issued, top lugs pierced; Indian Mutiny 1857-58, no clasp (Gunnr Wm Jordan, Rl H, Art.); Turkish Crimea, French die, unnamed, pierced as issued with ring suspension, Campaign Medals obverse brooch mounted therefore suspensions re-affixed, worn, fine or better, mounted for wear (5) Estimate £ 250-300 5431 Sergeant William Jordan, born Woolwich 1818; enlisted Drummer, 9th Battalion, Royal Artillery, 1851; Sergeant 1861; discharged 1878 after 21 years 192 days with the Colours. Prior to the Great War, Coronation and Jubilee Medals were worn before Campaign Medals.
