Great Britain Postal Stationery 1898 (28 Mar.) printed 2d. registered Alfred Smith advertising envelope from London to Cognac, France, bearing stamped-to-order 3 1/2d. yellow and 4d. orange-red (2), both undated with 9 dot florets (Huggins 6c and 13b), uprated with 1883-84 1d. lilac (5, with two pairs) tied by oval registered Fleet Street datestamps; also crossed green ribbon (incomplete) attached by seal on reverse tied by postmarks.
