France Anglo-French Accountancy Markings Manuscript and Handstruck "Art." Markings. 1864 (20 Jan.) outer letter-sheet from Porto Cabello, Venezuela mailed to Bordeaux via Spain and London (17/2) with manuscript "Art. 32" at upper left of front panel, charged initially in Spain at 4 reales with handstamp in blue as the postal clerk mistook Spanish ´Burdeos´ (Bordeaux), forwarded on to London and back via Calais to Bordeaux.
