British Guiana Covers and Cancellations Mail to the United Kingdom 1885 (5 Mar.) envelope to Winch Bros., Colchester, franked at 32c. with four 1876 8c. rose cancelled with light squared-circle d.s., the envelope clearly not heavy enough to have contained 2oz. of papers though noted "stamps affixed 1/4 to be collected - 8" and with circular-framed "8d" alongside "T" h.s. applied in the U.K., and 1887 (Dec.) envelope (faults) registered to the same addressee and bearing 1876 4c., 8c. and 24c. cancelled with Georgetown c.d.s.
