Great Britain Line-Engraved Issues Postal Notices 1840 (April) Postal Notice from the G.P.O. at Edinburgh, bearing a mint vertical pair of the 1d. plate 1a, MF-NF (MF was at one time removed together with a small portion of the notice and later neatly replaced), the notice with some strengthened splits.
