x New Guinea 1914-15 German New Guinea surcharged "g.r.i." and value 6mm. apart 1d. on 5pf. green, setting 9 (61/2 mm. spacing) marginal horizontal strip of five from the left of the sheet, c.t.o., showing varieties straight serif to "1" [3] and minute trace of stop after "R" [5]; a few short perfs. and lightly creased, otherwise fine and rare.
