Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1911 picture postcard (the reverse with photographic print of the Royal Barge at Kingstown), addressed to London bearing 1/2d. Downey Head tied by superb light strike of the "dublin castle" c.d.s. of 8 July 1911; a few faint tone spots or traces of soiling in no way detracting from the wonderful appearance. This cancellation is only known used on 8 July. Extremely rare, being one of very few known examples. Photo Estimate £ 300-350
