(2) and 2d. plate 4, IJ-IL strip of three, mostly large to enormous margins (the 2d. strip with portion of adjoining stamp at left), tied by light Dublin "186" numerals in black, fine light handstruck ´horseshoe´ type "registered/no./dublin" (the number "121" inserted by hand); adhesives with minor faults though not affecting the fine appearance.
