Ireland, the Duke of Ormonde, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, ´St Patrick´ Farthing or small Halfpenny, obv. device similar to last lot, rev. St Patrick with nimbus around his head, holding patriarchal cross, driving away reptiles, church in background (Q.50, but the illustrations transposed with those of Q.49; S.6572A), good fine but the surface pitted, once cleaned but has retoned pleasingly, the brass splash clear, very rare Estimate £ 500-600See note to previous lot.
